Cindy has joined the CAMA Faculty after nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, inclusive of varied clinical areas, education, leadership, and research. She is currently practicing in southern Manitoba as a Nurse Practitioner focused on medical, cosmetic, and wellness aesthetics. She is passionate about lifelong learning and helping her patients achieve optimum confidence with natural results, so patients look and feel their best at every age. Cindy is proud to be building the first medi-spa and laser clinic to service southern Manitoba’s growing rural communities. This includes supporting women’s urinary and intimate health with pelvic floor Emsella care.
Cindy continues to hold a small family practice panel within Manitoba’s first Nurse Practitioner led hospital and primary care model, located in southwestern Manitoba. She actively supports medical and Nurse Practitioner students, is CEO for the Nurse Practitioner Association of Manitoba, and sits on several healthcare committees. She has co-authored text chapters and journal articles and is lead for nationally funded health promotion projects.
When not in clinic, you can find Cindy spending time with her family developing their sustenance farm. “From farm to home” with healthy, locally acquired produce, antioxidant rich berries, and high-quality protein. Life is grand on the prairies.
