Sheyla Abdic—known as “Injector Shey“—earned her Doctor of Medicine (Dr.med.univ.) in Austria and a Master’s of Surgery from Western University. With a background in orthopedic surgery and aesthetic medicine, she brings advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, precision, and patient safety. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at global medical conferences. During her Fellowship in Medical Innovation at Western, she contributed to the development of a patented oncology device, which is now a startup company in the med-tech industry and remains listed as an inventor on the U.S. patent.

In her full-time aesthetic private practice, Sheyla specializes in evidence-based techniques and advanced facial anatomy, having studied anatomy under world-renowned anatomist Prof. Sebastian Cotofana during her medical school training. She is committed to educating and mentoring fellow injectors, equipping them with the expertise, confidence, and ethical approach needed to achieve exceptional, safe, and natural results.
