The Skincare Specialist is crucial in managing new patient intake, developing treatment plans, creating skincare routines, and conducting comprehensive assessments. Their responsibilities extend to managing patient charts within our electronic medical records (EMR) system and providing support through emails and phone calls. Additionally, you may perform hands-on facial treatments for our patients as part of our care plan.

• Manage the retrieval and scanning of patient charts into our EMR system.
• Assist with managing communications through emails and phone calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to PIPEDA regulations.
