Dr. Astrid Elizabeth McLean completed her medical degree in the United Kingdom and specialized in family medicine. She is certified by the Canadian College of Family Physicians. During her studies, Dr. Mclean developed a  passion for women’s health and decided to focus on women’s health issues in her medical career. Dr. Astrid McLean provides women’s health services at Sheldon M. Chumir Health Centre and Maud Medical Clinic in Calgary, Alberta. She is also a clinical lecturer at the University of Calgary. Dr. Mclean has over 20 years of experience in IUDs and other sexual reproduction services.  Dr. Astrid McLean is certified by the Canadian College of Family Physicians.
