Course Cancelations And Rescheduling

  • For students who need to change their course dates need to do so two weeks prior to their start date must email [email protected]
  • All class and training dates are subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class.
  • No fees will be incurred if a class has been changed by the school and conflicts with a student’s existing schedule.
  • Students can be provided alternate training dates if rescheduled dates do conflict with students existing schedules.
  • If students need to request alternative dates, they are to email [email protected]

Missed Classes

  • Students who do not attend scheduled training dates or cancel a course date within 24h period prior to their class without a valid reason (i.e., illness, death, in the immediate family) will lose the deposit fee that has been paid

Refunds

  • By purchasing, you agree to have your credit card on file for future payment installments (if applicable)
  • Refunds are only permitted within the first 72 hours of purchase
  • If a refund is requested after 72 hour period, it will be under the discretion of management to authorize a refund
  • If the theory is shared, you are only eligible for a 50% refund on the individual course price

General Information

  • All courses payments must be made three weeks before your course
  • Students should bring paper. Notebook, pen, pencil to their course.
  • An hour lunch break will be given for a full training session, and Lunch will be provided for all training (excluding preceptorship)
  • Students/Models are not permitted to bring children to class with them
  • Course days typically run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Mobile opt in, SMS consent or numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliates (this must be included word for word)
  • Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. (this must be included word for word)

Types of SMS Communications

  • If you have consented to receive text messages from The Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA), you may receive text messages related to Customer Care Messages.
  • Example: “Hi! Thanks for contacting us. One of our team members will get back to you shortly. To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message Frequency

  • Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 3000 text messages daily across all users regarding appointments, current fees and reminders.

  • Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please be aware, many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.
  • You can opt-out at any time by texting “STOP.” You will not receive any further messages. Reply “START” to start receiving messages again.
